Although there is a soundtrack to this absolutely
hilarious movie released July 18, 1997, pusa is not on it!!! What gives?
You're gonna have to pick up the VHS or DVD to hear a surprisingly long
clip of tremelo blues which fits perfectly as some hill billy country
get-away music!

July 1997 must have been presidents in the movies
month because pusa lent their song "man" to this nickelodian
productions kids movie, which debuted July 25. Weird that they chose
such an aggressive song like "man" for a kids movie, but I
presume it was intended to help portray the main character as a primal
moron contrasting Darwin's renowned theory of evolution as his genes
are clearly heading in the opposite direction as the rest of our society.

Even though the presidents as a band were broken up
by the time this movie was released February 13, 1998, their catchy
cover song of the buggles classic "Video Killed the Radio Star"
became another big hit.

If there is just one thing the syndicated Drew Carey
tv show is known for, it is incorporating retro songs and showtime dance
routines into a variety of episodes of this well established sitcom.
Undergoing numerous opening themes, each attempting to outdo the last,
the show seems to be satisfied with the presidents version of "Cleaveland
Rocks" as it is yet to be replaced. This compilation cd was released
May 19, 1998. Although there is no official VHS of DVD of the show,
every fan should own a copy of the shows opening as it is practically
a 7th presidents music video.

With its release in US theatres March 17, 1999 The
Mod Squad became the last movie of the twentieth century to feature
a presidents song on the soundtrack. *Sniff* Now isn't that sentimental?
OK well I suppose its not exactly a presidents song as much as it is
the last released collaboration between Chris Ballew and his friend,
mentor, and hero Mark Sandman. Now thats sentimental.

This made for TV Disney Movie is home to the only
presidents song dealing with... well... the president! First aired April
19, 1998, it has been shown on the Disney channel and ABC Saterday night
movie several times, and was officially released on VHS July 17, 2001.
Perhaps owning this movie may be somewhat of a stretch to your average
presidents fan, but it is actually a pretty quality movie, with a captivating
story line, and interesting characters, renowned director and oscar
winning actors. Not buying it? Did I mention PUSA plays the title track
for opening theme and credits in the movie?
